Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- System Architecture: Architect robust and efficient backend systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Code Review: Participate in rigorous code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Debugging: Troubleshoot complex technical issues, debug applications, and optimize performance.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Programming: Proficiency in modern languages such as Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript.
- Frameworks: Strong experience with web frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Django).
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
