Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with a focus on best practices and code reviews.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team technical strategy and architecture decisions.
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline optimization and ensure system reliability and scalability.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with distributed teams.
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
