Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable software solutions using modern languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, perform debugging, and optimize application performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure security best practices and compliance standards are met across all development projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following: Java, Python, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a remote-first, cross-functional environment.
