Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud-native microservices using Go, Python, or Java
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and infrastructure-as-code implementation
- Conduct security audits and performance tuning for distributed systems
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design sessions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (Kubernetes, GraphQL, event streaming)
- Contribute to open-source projects and patent innovations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years building production-grade distributed systems
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and serverless architectures
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Proven track record of shipping scalable, maintainable code
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
