- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conducting technical interviews and helping them grow their skills.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in production environments.
- Security: Implement robust security measures to protect data integrity and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Programming: Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript (React/Vue).
- Cloud: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- DevOps: Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
