Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, design, and implement high-quality software solutions using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to ensure optimal application performance and scalability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver features on time.
- Debugging: Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure stability and user satisfaction.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Remote Coordination: Effectively communicate and collaborate with distributed teams to bridge gaps and ensure project alignment.
- Security Compliance: Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a similar role.
- Language: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Python, or Java.
- Frameworks: Strong experience with React.js, Node.js, or equivalent modern frameworks.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
