Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design and development of scalable, high-performance software applications using modern frameworks and cloud-native technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code (Python, Java, or Go) while adhering to best practices, coding standards, and software design patterns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and QA Engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, optimize application performance, and ensure high availability and security standards are met.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
- DevOps Integration: Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment pipelines and improve CI/CD processes for faster release cycles.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least two major programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript) and experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
