Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern cloud technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex issues and optimize application performance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct technical training sessions, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards (GDPR, SOC2).
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a professional setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Programming: Proficiency in at least two core languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Database: Strong experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and version control (Git).
