Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using AWS/GCP infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Lead technical discovery sessions with product stakeholders
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal innovation labs
- Automate testing frameworks using Jest/Cypress and Selenium
- Document APIs and system architecture in Confluence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Expert proficiency in Python/Java with strong OOP fundamentals
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and serverless computing
- Deep knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Strong background in RESTful API design and GraphQL
- Experience with event-driven architecture and message queues
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
