Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, ensuring adherence to coding standards and architectural guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define features and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Debugging: Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues and bugs efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and stability.
- Optimization: Optimize application performance, speed, and scalability to enhance the user experience.
- Remote Support: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers within a distributed team setting.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also accepted.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional software development experience.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript (React/Vue/Angular) is required.
- Cloud & Tools: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
