Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments, ensuring high availability.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and message queues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
