Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust security architectures to prevent cyber threats
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for critical systems
- Lead incident response protocols during security breaches
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Develop compliance frameworks for NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS
- Mentor junior security analysts and document security procedures
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for secure CI/CD pipeline integration
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on threat detection experience
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs)
- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation
- Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with incident response tools (Splunk, CrowdStrike)
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
