Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, design, and implement high-quality software features using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; participate in rigorous code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to define product requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Debugging & Optimization: Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize application performance, and ensure system scalability.
- Agile Workflow: Actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives within an Agile/Scrum framework.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java and familiarity with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Spring).
- Database: Strong experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid team setting.
