Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and drive technical strategy.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure standards are met.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical issues and bottlenecks to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Testing & Deployment: Implement automated testing strategies and oversee CI/CD pipelines for seamless software deployment.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Frameworks: Strong experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end frameworks (Node.js, Spring Boot).
- Databases: Solid understanding of relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
