Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle development of cloud-native applications using AWS/GCP
- Mentor 3-5 junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Design and implement microservices architectures with CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize system performance and conduct root cause analysis
- Stay current with emerging technologies through research and experimentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development
- Expertise in at least one modern language (Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript)
- Strong foundation in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience mentoring engineers in agile environments
