Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex features, ensuring high code quality and maintainability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex system issues to ensure 99.99% uptime and performance optimization.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Python, or Java, and experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS or Google Cloud).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
