Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable software solutions using modern languages (Python/Java) and frameworks (React/Angular).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring code quality and performance.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards to drive technical excellence.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in production environments.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprints, Standups) and contribute to technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and at least one major backend language (Python, Java, Go).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
