Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain engineering excellence.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability in a cloud-based environment.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust debugging strategies.
- Drive technical debt reduction and advocate for best practices in software development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency in React, Node.js, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
