Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable software solutions for our clients.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to define product requirements.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences.
- Maintain and upgrade existing legacy systems in both Baltimore and Ohio hubs.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (Sprints, Daily Stand-ups) to drive project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with React, Node.js, or AWS is a plus.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and Database management.
- Ability to thrive in a distributed, remote-first work environment.
