Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Go, Python, and Kubernetes
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS/Azure with CI/CD automation
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Contribute to open-source projects and innovation labs
- Implement robust security protocols and compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure
- Expertise in at least one modern programming language (Python, Go, Java)
- Strong proficiency with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proven track record in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and architectural vision
