Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Engineer, you will take ownership of the full development lifecycle:
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Lead code reviews, ensuring code quality, security, and adherence to architectural standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define features and user stories.
- Optimize application performance and refactor legacy codebases to improve maintainability.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
We are looking for a blend of technical depth and soft skills:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and a major framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js or Python.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
