Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software applications using modern programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, QA Engineers, and UX Designers to define product requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to coding standards.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve application speed and reliability.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Java, Python, Go) and frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB) and ORM tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues under tight deadlines.
