Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable software applications using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and architectural blueprints.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and API design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
