Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define features and user stories.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and bugs in existing codebases.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and/or Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with database systems (SQL and NoSQL) such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong communication skills.
