Responsibilities
- Lead development of microservices using Go, Python, and Kubernetes
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployments on AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps
- Contribute to open-source projects and industry best practices
- Conduct security audits and implement DevSecOps principles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in production software development
- Expertise in at least two modern programming languages (Go/Python preferred)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Proven experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Experience with API design and RESTful services
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
