Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale web applications using modern programming languages (Python, Go, or Java).
- Architect scalable microservices and APIs to support business growth and high traffic.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, perform debugging, and optimize application performance for speed and reliability.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers to foster a collaborative engineering environment.
Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Java).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Deep understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team.
