Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software systems and applications.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, conducting code reviews to ensure quality standards.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other developers to define features and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Testing & QA: Implement rigorous testing strategies, including unit and integration testing, to ensure system stability.
- Remote Leadership: Proactively communicate progress and technical decisions within the remote team structure.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Language Proficiency: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
- Database Management: Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- DevOps: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a remote work setting.
