Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, robust, and secure software solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Participate in code reviews, technical planning sessions, and agile ceremonies to ensure code quality and team alignment.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and throughput to ensure an exceptional user experience.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the full software stack.
- Contribute to the technical vision and architectural decisions that drive the company's roadmap.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, C++, TypeScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and distributed systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
