Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Architect, design, and implement scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and conducting thorough code reviews.
- Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability and performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and security.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to foster team growth.
- Deployment: Participate in the CI/CD pipeline and deployment processes to ensure smooth releases.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Languages: Proficiency in at least two core languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go).
- Frameworks: Strong experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, Node.js, or Spring Boot.
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and Agile methodologies.
