Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on best practices and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues to ensure system stability and uptime.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of learning and growth.
- Participate in architectural planning and technology stack selection.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack or backend role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to work remotely and communicate effectively with distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
