The Role:
You will be responsible for architecting scalable systems, leading code reviews, and mentoring junior developers. You will bridge the gap between product requirements and technical implementation, ensuring our software is robust, secure, and user-centric.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions for our core platform.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
- Mentor team members and contribute to technical discussions and architectural decisions.
Qualifications
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Strong proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript (React/Vue).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote collaboration.
