Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud-native microservices on AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Terraform and Jenkins
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
- Optimize system performance and implement scalable data solutions
- Stay current with emerging technologies through R&D sprints
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in at least one modern programming language (Python, Go, or Rust)
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade systems
- Excellent communication skills with remote collaboration experience
