Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture using Java and Spring Boot
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on secure coding practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements
- Optimize system performance and resolve complex technical challenges
- Contribute to DevOps automation using AWS and Kubernetes
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test suites for security-critical components
- Stay current with emerging threats and defensive technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development
- Expert proficiency in Java, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong background in building RESTful APIs and microservices
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Knowledge of security best practices and threat modeling
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
