Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitHub Actions
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Collaborate with product teams to define API contracts and system integrations
- Contribute to open-source projects and stay current with emerging technologies
- Implement security best practices and conduct vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with Java/Python and modern frameworks (Spring, Django)
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Demonstrable expertise in testing frameworks (JUnit, PyTest)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with system design experience
- Portfolio showcasing significant full-stack projects
