Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go/Python on AWS/GCP
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Terraform and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architecture sessions
- Drive system scalability for 10M+ user transactions daily
- Partner with Product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Champion security best practices including SAST/DAST integration
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in at least one modern backend language (Go/Java/Python)
- Strong AWS/GCP infrastructure-as-code proficiency
- Proven track record with CI/CD automation (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience mentoring technical teams in remote environments
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable system designs
