Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using Python and React.
- Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Architect microservices and APIs that ensure high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust debugging strategies.
- Optimize application performance and refactor legacy codebases.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript (React or Vue.js preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
