Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable software applications using modern technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features from concept to deployment.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, ensuring rigorous standards for code reviews and quality assurance.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks within the codebase.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and technical guidance to foster team growth.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions for business challenges.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience in a production environment.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and back-end technologies (Node.js, .NET, or Python).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first culture.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
