Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using AWS/GCP
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.9% uptime
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct security audits and implement best practices
- Optimize database performance for terabyte-scale datasets
- Collaborate with Product team on roadmap prioritization
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development (Python/Java/Node.js)
- Expertise in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and serverless
- Proven track record with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proficient with Git, CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA
