Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance microservices using AWS and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and technical specs
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python/Go
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and serverless architecture
- Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Proficient in CI/CD methodologies and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
