Responsibilities
- Architect cloud-native microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead design sessions for distributed systems with 99.99% SLAs
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployment cycles
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and tech reviews
- Contribute 20% time to open-source initiatives
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Implement observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Deep AWS/Azure/GCP certification with Terraform expertise
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade SaaS applications
- Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and system design
