Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define product requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code through rigorous code reviews and automated testing.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.
- Participate in the full SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, and deployment.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and drive innovation.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong track record of shipping products.
- Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript).
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fully remote, asynchronous work environment.
