Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using AWS and Kubernetes
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Optimize system performance and resolve complex production issues
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline automation and DevOps practices
- Develop secure, scalable APIs with RESTful and GraphQL standards
- Drive technical innovation through prototype development and PoCs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Python/Java/Go)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and database design
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
- Experience leading technical projects and cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and architectural thinking
