Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Node.js, Python, and AWS
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Docker
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define technical roadmaps
- Conduct A/B tests and data-driven performance tuning
- Present quarterly technical deep-dives to leadership
- Contribute to open-source projects and patents
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in full-stack development
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP)
- Strong knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of mentoring engineers
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- Portfolio with 3+ production-level projects
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
