Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go/Python on AWS/GCP infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical design sessions
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.99% uptime across 3+ cloud regions
- Lead migration of legacy monoliths to event-driven architectures
- Develop CI/CD pipelines with Terraform and Kubernetes
- Contribute to open-source projects and present at tech conferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems and cloud-native development
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java with strong OOP fundamentals
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker)
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues
- Strong background in testing (unit/integration/TDD)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
