Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, and QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in production environments.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with experience in frontend technologies like React or Angular.
- Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
