Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications and backend services using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, QA) to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning sessions to ensure code quality and system scalability.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical debt within the existing codebase.
- Maintain and improve the security posture of applications by implementing necessary protocols and conducting regular audits.
- Contribute to the continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipeline automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C# (Backend focus) and JavaScript/TypeScript (Frontend focus).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Deep understanding of database technologies, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior developers.
