Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture for high-traffic cloud platforms
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Optimize system performance using Kubernetes and Terraform infrastructure
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements with Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source projects and present at tech conferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in Go/Python and containerization technologies
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record with AWS/GCP cloud services
- Strong background in agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Experience with machine learning model deployment pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities
