Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
- Optimize database performance with PostgreSQL and Redis
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Collaborate with product teams on agile development cycles
- Monitor system health using Grafana and Prometheus
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs
- Strong AWS infrastructure knowledge (EC2, S3, Lambda)
- Proficiency with SQL databases and caching strategies
- Experience with CI/CD tools and containerization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
