Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions using modern architectures and best practices.
- Lead technical initiatives, conduct code reviews, and ensure code quality across the engineering team.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize application performance for speed and reliability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and maintenance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on backend or full-stack technologies.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, along with experience in React or Angular for frontend development.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL/NoSQL) such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
