Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using Java, Python, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to optimize deployment workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization for production systems
- Lead architectural decisions for new features while maintaining system integrity
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Java/Python frameworks
